This BlackVue dash cam footage shows how to behave when you witness an accident. In the footage, sent to us by a BlackVue user Kaylee and her husband, we are witnesses of a very serious highway crash.

Rollover on the highway

Kaylee and her husband were on their way to their daughter’s swimming lesson when they saw an SUV changing lanes in front of them. They didn’t think much of it at first – it looked as if the car was about to take the next exit. But then… it just kept going! The SUV hit the rail guard on the right hard, causing the car to roll over multiple times before it stopped in the ditch. Surprised but not loosing her cool, Kaylee stopped the car to call the emergency services while her husband got out of their car to check on the victim.

Checking on the driver

Thankfully, despite the seriousness of the accident, the young driver of the SUV managed to climb out of the car, shocked but otherwise fine. She was then transported to a hospital to check on her injuries.
