By submitting your materials (text, audio, photo, video), you grant Pittasoft, doing business as BlackVue, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to do as we wish with said materials. In other words, while you retain ownership of submitted materials, we can use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, adapt, modify, re-format, create derivative works of, and otherwise commercially or non-commercially exploit in any manner, any and all of your submitted materials.
