Don’t make hasty decisions on the road – and here’s why!

Sudden reverse stunt

In this video provided to us by BlackVue user Rick, we follow him as he drives near a hospital’s drop off area. This particular incident was captured on his 4K UHD BlackVue dash cam’s rear camera (recording in 1080p). As he stops to let other vehicles past, another car – a white Toyota Camry approaches behind him. The driver seemed undecided whether they wanted to enter the hospital drop off area or not. Finally, they decided to drive back and reversed – straight into oncoming traffic!

The video captured the exact moment the Camry hit another vehicle coming from the opposite way. It could have been the Camry’s driver blind spot, but regardless of that his hasty decision to reverse could have landed someone else in hospital! This dash cam video could be later used as evidence in case the details of the crash were unclear to the police and/or their respective insurance companies.
