A bizarre incident was captured by a 4K BlackVue dash cam recording in Parking Mode. BlackVue user Walter shared his story with us.

Trash thrown at the car

His car was parked in a parking lot when a vehicle appeared, stopping just in front of it. A man got out of the grey sedan, approaching BlackVue user’s car with fast food bags in his hands. He then proceeded to scatter the trash inside of them all over the car’s hood. When he was done, he got into the car (with more people inside) and they all drove away.

Left a receipt

What he didn’t know: among the trash was a receipt from McDonald’s, which the BlackVue user used to identify and contact the perpetrator. The dash cam footage was also used as evidence of this incident. When asked if he knew the people in the car, Walter admitted that he didn’t and the attack was a totally random act of vandalism.
