Car Bursts Into Flames On A Bridge After Head-On Crash

This shocking footage of a car causing a head-on crash on a Sydney Harbour Bridge was captured on BlackVue dash cam last month.

According to a senior police officer on the scene, the dashcam footage of a fiery head-on crash on the bridge was “extremely confronting” and “horrifying to watch”.

BlackVue 4K UHD dash camera (DR900X-2CH Plus model available here) recorded the moment an alleged stolen car caused a fiery head-on collision on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. During the investigation the police confirmed that the owner of the Toyota Kluger had been changing its tire morning of the same day when he was approached by a man. Following an altercation the man managed to get into the vehicle and drive away.

Car Flips, Causes Fire On a Bridge

The driver attempted to change lanes before veering back to the right and slamming into a city-bound Toyota HiAce, which bounced and collided with another vehicle. The northbound traffic was brought to a standstill after the SUV flipped onto its roof and exploded. Several other cars, including a Honda CRV and a van were also hit.

Then, the Toyota Kluger flipped onto its roof and exploded into flames.
