For this week’s #CaughtOnBlackVue video we have yet another footage shared with us by an Ambassador, who is using the newest BlackVue dash cam – the DR970X-2CH.

Incident on a windy day

BlackVue Ambassador Aaron was driving home in Los Angeles, CA, on a particularly windy day. You can see how windy it was just by looking at the tree tops and flags flapping furiously. Aaron stopped at a red light, and suddenly a huge tree on his left tipped over and fell on the street. The tree fell on a nearby car, crushing it.

Footage at the ready

Aaron and one more good Samaritan pulled over, to check on the driver and the passengers, and help if needed. Fortunately, everyone was okay, but the back of the vehicle was destroyed by the falling tree. If requested, the BlackVue Ambassador could have easily and quickly share his dash cam footage with the victims. Thankfully, the police and the fire department were just around the corner so the aid came quickly.
