[Firmware Updates] DR900X, DR750X, DR750-2CH LTE Series Cloud Fix

Dear BlackVue Users,
We recently released firmware updates for DR900X Series, DR750X Series, DR750-2CH LTE Series dash cams.
NOTE: These updates are for the “non-Plus” models. This means DR900X Plus, DR750X Plus and DR750X-2CH LTE Plus models are not concerned.
This update fixes an issue that may occur while using scheduled reboots while the camera is connected to the Cloud.

Models Concerned:

  • DR900X Series v.1.011
  • DR750X Series v.1.010
  • DR750-2CH LTE Series v.1.012

What’s New:

Fixed an issue that caused occasional crashes during scheduled reboots while the camera was connected to the Cloud.

※ Compatible software versions:
BlackVue App: Android v3.35 / iOS v3.34 and up.
BlackVue Viewer: Windows v3.12 / Mac v3.13 and up.
BlackVue Web Viewer (Cloud)

Important:

Make sure to use the latest versions of the BlackVue Viewer and App for full compatibility with the new firmware.

How to upgrade:

With the BlackVue App, you can easily update the firmware from the “Connect to Cloud” or “Connect to camera” menus. Tap the three-dot icon “⋮” next to your camera’s name, then tap on “Remote firmware update”.
